At Sunny and 75, we showcase unique vacation rentals and direct guests to trusted third-party booking platforms (such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) to complete reservations. Because all bookings are handled externally, our refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual rental platforms.
1. Third-Party Booking Policies Apply
All cancellations and refund requests must be processed through the platform used to book your stay (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO). Each property may have a specific cancellation and refund policy based on the platform's settings. Please review those policies carefully before confirming your reservation.
Sunny and 75 does not handle payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds or alter cancellation terms on bookings made through third-party platforms.
2. Non-Refundable Services
If we offer any additional services directly in the future (such as concierge recommendations or add-ons booked through our site), those services will be clearly marked as refundable or non-refundable at the time of booking.

If you experience an issue during your stay, we recommend contacting the booking platform’s customer service directly. You may also reach out to us for support or to report a concern, and we will do our best to assist or direct you appropriately.
